Relational Psychtherapy Grounded in Nervous-System Informed Care
I work from a relational, psychodynamic framework that prioritizes emotional regulation, safety, and depth. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced, with attention to how early relational patterns, stress, and trauma continue to shape present-day experiences.
My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and principles of interpersonal neurobiology to support insight, integration, and meaningful change. Rather than focusing on symptom management alone, our work centers on increasing awareness, strengthening internal capacity, and fostering more authentic connection with self and others.
I offer a thoughtful, steady therapeutic space where complexity is held with care, and growth emerges through understanding, regulation, and relationship.
When appropriate, sessions may be supported by nervous system–informed, somatic, or sound-based interventions offered through MyndLoft.
